Known only from the handwritten record of the Chelan weather observer: "April 1892: A severe shock of earthquake on the 24th at 3 o'clock a. m. Impulse from west to east. No damage." No account of this earthquake was found in the Seattle P.I., or the Olympia Washington Standard.
