Transcription: 1927 March 27. 11:56 p.m. Probably a submarine shock off the southern Washington coast. Recorded instrumentally at Ottawa, Fordham, Honolulu, Chicago, etc. Felt by many from Northhead to Raymond, Pacific Co., awakening people. Much seaweed washed ashore next day. Reported at Ilwaco, and South Bend, Pacific Co.- SRC& GS.
