Transcription: Northern Quake Lasts Three Hours Victoria, BC, Nov. 1 -(AP)- A pronounced earthquake, lasting more than three hours, was recorded here last night at Gonzales Heights observatory. The temblor, which began at 5:41, was estimated to be 400 miles distant, probably off the Oregon Coast. |
