Known only from a Penticton Herald article transcribed in the WPPSS documents: "FAIRVIEW- A slight earthquake shock was felt here about half past five
o'clock on Tuesday evening last. A report last night from Victoria stated that the location of the event which shook the whole province yesterday morning, was placed at near Mt. Baker."
