Event #374 - Summary, and parameter estimates with source IDs
Northeastern Washington. The Weather Bureau Report reports the event being felt in: "Colville, Conconully, Danville, Loomis, Merritt, Republic, Twisp ." Earthquake History of the US gives this: "Three shocks felt from south boundary of Spokane County, Wash., to a point north of Bradshaw, British Columbia. Felt at Colville, Davenport, and Grand Forks. Plaster fell at Nelson, British Columbia." The single newspaper article found (from Seattle) says that the earthquake was felt in many parts of Spokane, but did no damage. The BSSA is cited, but that article is not included here. Additional newspapers from British Columbia, Spokane, and other parts of eastern Washington could be researched.
