Previously uncataloged. The WPPSS documents transcribe an article from the Vernon News: "A distinct earthquake shock was felt in this city on last Thursday evening about half past seven o'clock. Houses were shaken, crockery rattled, and a heavy rumbling noise heard. The effects seem to have been local as we have not heard that it has been noticed in other parts of the province."
