Summary of Felt Reports for Duvall Earthquake

A summary of the 845 valid responses recieved during May, 1996 from our Web-based felt report form is listed below. We hope that people will use similar forms after future earthquakes to provide useful research information regarding the strength of ground shaking at different sites. These data were used to generate a contour intensity map shortly after the earthquake.

A common comment from reports from near the epicenter were that many people heard very loud noise during the quake.
