Individual Event Report

| Event #319 - Summary, and parameter estimates with source IDs                                             |

| Listed in many catalogs. The Oregonian states: "Seattle, Aug 12--Two slight shocks of earthquake felt here tonight. The vibrations were from east to west, and were about 4 seconds in duration." The use of the word "tonight" has led to confusion of the date - should it be Aug. 12 or 13? Two separate events are listed in some catalogs. We list them as one event because of the lack of specific times. |
