    Comment: I believe that this aftershock was widely felt, and that it was felt at Colville as well, with the date mistakenly given as the 28th. In addition, there are reports lacking definite times from Yale, BC and Walla Walla of shocks felt during this week.

    The accounts for Colfax and Pine Grove are identical. The location of Colfax is given as: 46° 52.9'N - 117° 21.9'W, and the location of Pine Grove as: 47° 25.6'N - 117° 20.0'W -- The full text of the original article should be checked. RSL
